    2. Payment Timing

    • For custom or made-to-order products:
      A deposit of 30% – 50% of the total value is required to confirm the order.

    • For in-stock products:
      Full payment is required upon delivery or via COD (if supported).

    • Customers will receive a sales invoice with the order or an e-invoice via email.

    • All payments are recorded and confirmed clearly and transparently.
